We accept payments securely through Paddle. We do not store your payment information.

Users own full commercial rights to all music generated through Pearl-Sonic.

Content can be used for commercial purposes, including videos, streaming, podcasts, and other projects.

No attribution to Pearl-Sonic is required but appreciated.

You retain full ownership of all content you create.

Pearl-Sonic does not claim ownership of your generated music.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

Pearl-Sonic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

We provide our services "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our services to generate content that violates laws, infringes on intellectual property, or is harmful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
